It is [email protected]. That inbox takes every kind of question: something that will not load, a payment that went wrong, a person you need to report, a request about your data, or a business enquiry.

There is no form on this page, and that is intentional. We do not ask for passwords, card numbers or verification codes by email or anywhere else. Treat a message that uses the ChitChat name to ask for one of those as a scam and do not answer it.

What email is for

What can an email sort out, and what can it not?

Email is the right route for anything tied to your account or your money: a purchase that did not arrive, a restriction you want to ask about, a sign-in that has stopped working, or a request about your data. It is also the place for a report that needs more room than the report option on a profile gives you.

Some things an email cannot do, and it saves time to know them. It cannot bring back a guest session after the browser data that held it was cleared, because that session lived in your browser. It cannot fix a camera permission, which is a switch on your own device. And it cannot pass a message to another person on your behalf; to reach someone, use their profile.

Keep to one subject per email, and reply on the same thread if you have more to add. A new email for each afterthought splits the story into pieces.
